I have been a member of the Charlestown School PTO since 2015; this will be my seventh year as PTO President. I am a full time mother to 3 rambunctious boys, who keep us pretty busy with school and sports. My oldest Bryce age 18 just graduated, Landon age 12 is in 7th grade and Gunnar is 7 years old and in 2nd grade.

In addition to that I am a 4th grade teacher here at Charlestown School. I am also a lead behavior therapist and also provide direct support to individuals with disabilities. I really have enjoyed being part of the PTO and am excited to continue as President this year. Being part of the PTO allows me to be connected to what is going on in the school and allows me to meet many parents with whom I have forged friendships. We do a lot throughout the year for the school, teachers and students and I am happy to be a part of it.

I am the mom of two sweet and fun girls, Claire and Nora. Claire is in middle school this year and Nora is in third grade. I left my career in the technology industry to stay home while my girls were young, and for the past 4 years I've been working as a substitute teacher at Charlestown School.

I started attending PTO meetings as a wide-eyed first time Kindergarten mom six years ago. Right away I found it was a great way to connect with other parents and staff and stay in touch with everything going on at the school. It is wonderful as a parent to see the thought and care that is taken in each meeting, as parents and teachers work together to make decisions that will best enhance the school experience for everyone. I am looking forward to continuing in the VP role assisting where needed!

I have been part of the PTO since 2016 and love having a part in helping out at our school. This year will be my seventh year with the PTO and my fifth year as Treasurer and I’m really looking forward to it! I am a full-time office manager, and I have 2 children.

We will be a part of Charlestown Elementary for ten years and being involved with my children's school is important to me. The PTO helps and supports the school and families so
